In order to install and run the program you need to be able to "see" the TCM SQL database from the workstation that will be running TCM JobView.

Sometimes, firewalls at the workstation or on the server can prevent the database from being available for installation.  Our support team can help you if you run into this problem.  You will need to configure your firewall to allow the database to be seen to users.

Some virus protection programs serve as a firewall as well and may need to be configured or disabled to allow the program to be installed.  This is an easy process and it does vary by virus product.
